The Purples proctored his first physics exam today. His roommate, charming Max, is in the class for whose exam The Purples was proctoring. Once when a student turned in an exam, The Purples stapled the papers together then tugged on the exam until the student yielded the exam to the stapler and The Purples. The Purples took great delight in this, as well as in the laughs of cool and pleasant co-proctor Justin and in the varied responses by the students. Responses ranged from smiles and laughs of the relief of some silliness following an anxious exam time, to confusion (apex- one student asked "What is going on?"), to irritation, to no response suggesting unawareness.
Thanks to roommate Max for participating in the dramatic
recreation of his turning in the exam. The exam was the first for University Physics II at the University of Arkansas, and topics included electric force, electric field, electric charge, etc.
The Purples thoughts on the guitar:
"Not the most memorable thing that has occurred. It is fun and a learning experience to take the first four minutes of take. Perhaps as this project develops the guitar will develop and 'The Future' will occur."...more
